MANAGED IT SUPPORT

All-Inclusive Contracts

We have a range of Managed IT Support contract models to suit all needs. Our most popular is the All-Inclusive model which is based on a per seat (person) basis and includes unlimited remote support, proactive maintenance and a virtual IT Manager and Director role. This contract can optionally include your Office 365 licensing and / or office telephone to give you a single cost per person for budgeting and reporting.


Concise IT Strategy

Our All-Inclusive contracts include a complimentary Concise IT Strategy to help guide your business IT decisions and assist with long-term budgeting. As a professional business document, the IT Strategy can be presented to Boards, Investors, Customers and any other stakeholders.


24/7 Responsibility

When you engage with Nextedge Cloud, we take full responsibility for your technology environment. During onboarding we’ll audit and assess all of your hardware and software including cloud solutions and we’ll liaise with 3rd party support companies and vendors on your behalf. Our solutions will monitor your Infrastructure 24/7 and will alert us of required actions.

Our base is Mbarara ,Uganda, but that doesn’t limit what we can achieve for all customers, in any location globally. Our remote monitoring and access tools give us insight and virtually hands-on capabilities for PCs and servers globally. IT environments are becoming increasingly remote and we are skilled in Cloud implementations and management.


Proactive Maintenance and Management

We take a refreshing approach to IT delivery and always put people first. We’ll provide a fully proactive experience including asset and license management, managing Backups and Disaster Recovery Solutions, Patch Management, Security Reviews and scheduled preventative maintenance.

PARALLEL IT SUPPORT

Additional Support

We can provide your internal IT Team with additional support in the form of full or part-time 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support engineers as well as experienced Infrastructure engineers. This can include out of business hours cover and / or emergency cover or even just an escalation service for when you require it.

Mentoring and Management

With years of in-house and MSP Management experience as well as various certification, we can provide mentoring and training to your internal IT Team, both in technical aspects and in process. Alternatively we can provide a fully outsourced IT Manager / IT Director role either as a permanent onsite presence or as a virtual role.
